  I was in town for business and needed to get a workout in. I'm not exactly the most physically fit person in the world, but I didn't want to throw off the progress I'd been making back home, so I sucked it up and did a quick search. I saw that this place was nearby so I decided to give it a try. I was a little hesitant since I didn't really know the area, but I am so glad I happened to find this place. I was quickly greeted when I walked in. The staff was super nice and welcoming, which definitely made all of the difference. A trainer by the name of Jacobo took the time to show me around so I wasn't completely lost. I truly appreciated the kind staff and the several friendly faces I saw around the gym. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town!
